Director of Clinical Performance and Integration
Carrie Frantz, Director of Clinical Performance and Integration: Carrie oversees both Clinical Operations and Communications. The Clinical Operations team is a multidisciplinary group of clinicians focused on designing and implementing innovative, collaborative, and evidence-based best practices and programs to promote the delivery of quality care in the home and community setting. The Communications team connects Helion to the provider network and internal partners through education, structured email delivery, marketing, and Helion’s digital footprint, in addition to branding and regulatory compliance. Lastly, employee engagement, professional development, onboarding, and mentorship programs are a collective effort of both teams through Helion Connect.
Carrie has experience at regional and corporate levels within the skilled nursing industry, and the acute level in ICU and cardiac step-down units. She has led coordinated care initiatives that emphasize quality and safe transition of care. Carrie has over 28 years of health care experience and a passion to drive coordinated care transitions to all levels of care. She received her training as a registered nurse from Penn State and UPMC School of Nursing.
