Director of Strategic Network Operations
Chris Cycak, Director of Strategic Network Operations: Chris oversees all operational aspects of strategy and programs deployed into post-acute care provider networks by Helion. He leads the Network Operations team, which is responsible for network design, developing micro-market strategies based on market maturity, and building, implementing, and maintaining value-based reimbursement programs. Additionally, this team supports the deployment and maintenance of the Helion Arc Technology platform, Helion Service Desk, Salesforce, new programs entering the market, and the implementation of Helion solutions to new customers.
Chris has a Bachelor of Science degree in health policy and administration. He brings more than 10 years of experience rooted in leadership, strategy, and revenue-cycle operations in the field of post-acute care. He has held multiple leadership roles with a broad spectrum of strategic and operational responsibilities aimed at transforming health care. He joined Helion in 2019 and serves as the chair of Helion’s Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee.
