Director of Network Performance
Nicole Becker, Director of Network Performance: Nicole oversees the network performance teams in Pennsylvania, New York, West Virginia, and Delaware, which build relationships and collaborate with home and community care providers. Nicole defines strategies to optimize provider networks, leading to the highest-quality care transitions for members. Under her leadership, the Network Performance team educates providers on technology and reimbursement methods, reviews clinical and performance outcomes, trains on site-of-care best practices, and performs provider-specific root cause analyses.
Nicole joined Helion in 2017, bringing over 15 years of experience in the post-acute care industry. Prior to joining the company, Nicole was regional director for a post-acute care provider in Pennsylvania and Ohio where she led business development strategies and operational initiatives. She has also held roles within a skilled nursing facility, including in human resources. Nicole has a master’s degree in health services administration.
